What I am about to share happens at a lot of fast/casual food places.
Our order is a crispy chicken sandwich only,with extra mayo and a chicken Philly meal. I asked if they could "crisp up" the fries. ("Of course, no problem")
What we got. Chicken sandwich, no mayo. Reason? They don't have mayo in the kitchen. They are supposed to give you the little condiment packs. And they rang it up as a meal.
Crispy fries? How about limp fries instead.
particularly bad about Zaxby's. They either don't listen, do not convey the order correctly or clearly to the kitchen and don't check the order. Or they just don't care.
As I said, it happens a lot everywhere.
That being said, sandwiches were good.
Ordered delivery online and it was absolutely delicious. I got a 6 piece when I ordered a 4 and was so happy because it was awesome. The fries are seasoned well, the chicken tenders are the perfect size not too thick or thin, and not dry at all.
Christy (I think that was her name) is AWESOME she went above and beyond! She was very professional, kind, sweet, and caring. She definitely needs a raise!! And the food was delicious as always! 😊
Quick, in and out tasty chicken. The chicken salad is terrific.
Pretty good place. I normally only eat salads here. The salads are huge and worth the price you pay! Friendly staff and quick to get your food.
Though I used the drive thru, the female charging me and handing off the food items ordered never smiled, did not greet me nor thank me. It's ok to reserve the interactive tasks to your friendliest staff....don't think the owner would have approved
I got the house salad with grilled chicken. The portion didn't quite fill up the bowl, but it was fresh, and all of the vegetables were crisp. The Texas toast was nothing more than toasted bread, not the thick slice of bread I have had there before. The tea was fresh and good as well. Parking is plentiful. Give them a try!
I haven't had this chicken for 15 years. Please expand northward! Like in Ohio! Seriously, the tenders are so flavorful and match perfectly with the Zax sauce. Popeyes, KFC, Chick-fil-a's tenders don't compare at all. I'm going to try the sandwich tomorrow and see how it compares to the competition.
My company used this location to cater a Nurses' Week Event. The staff we interacted with were professional, the setup was fantastic, and the food was excellent. I could not recommend them more highly. Thank you to their whole team!
Hadn’t been to Zaxby’s in years, however my salad was not the best but the service was outstanding!
A freebie of 5 chicken fingerz was given after downloading their app. I needed to have an order of $5 .
This store and staff are incredible! My toddler got sick upon walking through the front door, and the staff were so kind. They reassured us that they all had kids and understood, insisted that we not help clean it up, and brought the kids toys and free drinks while we waited for our food. I felt so awful that we made a mess, but they were so wonderful and gracious! Thanks for making a tough night for these parents a little easier!
Always greeted with a smile. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Plenty of parking. The food is always excellent and fresh.
Convenient location off of I-64. Clean restaurant friendly staff. Zalads are a healthier option (if you get it grilled 😬) and they’re good.
