Mi Sueno - Louisville - Photo album

I am in love with this restaurant. We stopped in over the weekend for the first time while in town picking up our son. The owner greeted us and walked us through his lunch recommendations. We all went with the combo meals - picking the Ropa Vieja, Pork Fricase, and Chicken. Each of us went with blac
Great owner, absolutely delicious wonderful food and portions! Come hungry. ❤
We learned about this place from a neighbor, and we were not disappointed. We went for dinner, so don't know how the rest of the day works. But you just pick a rice, a meat, and a side. I did cilantro rice, chicken fajitas, and the fried plantains. super good, tastes like it was made in a home kitch
We stopped here for lunch for a new experience. Neither my husband or I had ever had Cuban cuisine. We absolutely enjoyed the food and service. Multiple varieties of rice, meats and vegetables to choose. Don't forget a slice of cake. We will go back.
We saw this place on our way to a different restaurant and we are SO glad we stopped in Mi Sueño for lunch. The lady behind the counter was super upbeat and nice. She made wonderful food recommendations. We ate as much as we possibly could but ended up taking to go boxes which I promptly finished of
This place is fantastic very affordable my only gripe about this restaurant is they don't have a location in Cincinnati we don't have Any Cuban restaurants in Cincinnati. I highly recommend you stop by if you were in Louisville Kentucky. The food was served kind of cafeteria style and was very fresh
Food was really good; I got the chicken fajitas and black bean rice. I thought it was a bit salty for my taste but the plantains were delicious. The flan is the best flan I've ever had in my life so be sure to get that! Restrooms could use some love and it looked a bit shabby inside but the food mor
Ì had been craving a Cuban sandwich for weeks. Unfortunately, I live a bit far from a Cuban restaurant. I was in the hospital in town for a procedure, and after being released, I asked my friend to take me for Cuban food. I was not disappointed. The Cuban sandwich was awesome, followed by a Cuba
Today was our first time ever stopping by, the gentleman there was very welcoming. We told him it was our first time coming in, he immediately proceeded to show us EVERYTHING that was on the line aswell as giving us a description. We ordered and at checkout he even let us try the chicken vegetable
The Cuban sandwich was great and made fresh when I ordered it (I did have to wait about 10-15 minutes). Eaten take out there various times. It's always good, home-cooked style food. I do find it a little expensive for what I'm getting/ location/ cafeteria style ordering, but the food is solid and t
Love this place! This is usually my first stop when I visit Louisville. Friendly, clean, and the food is superb.
I was hoping to get a Cuban sandwich but I didn't see any. We got the beef and pork, it was very nice and tasty. I'm really looking forward to the leftovers by that I mean we ordered twice.
The food here is amazing and there is always something new to try. Very reasonably priced and the staff are very kind. Do not let the humble facade fool you, this is real authentic food.
Always delicious and serves generous portions. If you like cuban food, try these folks.
Best kept secret in Louisville, which is a shame because if there were any justice in the world this place would have a line out the door. Incredibly tasty food cooked to perfection, with ease of service and cheap bill to boot.
Their lunch menu includes a choice of rice with a meat and a side. We opted for chicken ($10) and ropa vieja ($11). It was delivered quickly through uber. It was one of those big chicken legs but it was actually very well done, though skin was over grilled a bit. Cilantro Rice was made well and Madu
