Update: I got a call today 3/28/22 from the new owner of this franchise named Keri. She was extremely apologetic about the late response and wanted to make things right even though she had just recently acquired this location a few weeks ago. She has already implemented new systems in place to change the way that this store is ran and is heavily focused on improving customer service and product quality. I’m changing my review from one star to five because I’m confident that there will be a turn around in the daily operations of this location. She told me to save her number and let her know if I have any other questions or concerns and also gave me a nice credit to be used in store. I look forward to seeing what other improvements will be made. Thank you Keri for caring and reaching out. This location is THE WORST. I’ve tried to order from here on three separate occasions for delivery and each time my order was cancelled after I waited 15 or more minutes following the pizza tracker. I can never get anyone on the line and have waited on hold 30 plus mins before. I don’t even think they are open. And if they are, they should be shut down.
