Went in there this morning for the first time. Place is nice and clean. Prices are not too bad. Ordered a couple sausage egg cheese croissants. They were pretty good. They seem to be pretty busy store. I noticed after I left there and waiting for the a lot people were walking past with coffee cups from there. They had me in and out in less than 10. The only reason I am giving them four stars not five the cashier was a foreigner. I was having a little trouble understanding her. Both her and the guy that gave me were friendly.
This place was awesome! Fast service and the drinks were perfect. The breakfast sandwiches stayed hot walking back to our hotel which is amazing! Definitely recommend.
The small selection of food is decent but I go for the coffee and Iced Latte😃. Great customer service from the staff. I'd recommend utilizing the Dunkin Donuts app to get in and out quicker.
Convenient location in the center of downtown Louisville. Lots of varieties of donuts to choose from, plus breakfast items. Excellent Coffee ♥️ Friendly service and nice window view.

This was a nice clean cafe with cheap prices. Great for on the go snacking or having a relaxing time out. I tried the new Donut Fries which were a good snack with a light cinnamon sugar dusting;would like to have a frosting dip. Also tried the waffle batter chicken tenders, pretty good but not excellent, a mildly sweet crust. Would be better if there was a syrup dip. Staff very friendly and helpful.
This dunkin is one of the best places I’ve been to thus far. Great staff, great management, and excellent customer service! Staff is very attentive and friendly and will do anything to make sure us customers get treated right! Will definitely keep coming back.
Best pumpkin muffins ever! Can't wait till they open in elizabethtown ky. Coffee beats Starbucks hands down

Update: Morning staff is super sweet, BUT please get him some help. He’s doing the register, coffee and food alone. There was lime of people all week, from a volley ball tournament. Poor guy had to do everything plus the mobile orders. Managers, get him some help!
The cashier got my drink order perfect and made it perfect. Friendly and fast service
We were in on a busy Friday morning, visiting from out of town. There were only 2 staff members working. The line was long l was about to tell my daughter we couldn’t have Dunkin, but she begged! The two staff members were incredibly efficient and most importantly kind they kept the line moving. Our order was ready quickly and was hot and fresh.
