Fantastic BBQ! I was traveling through the area and saw the smokers lined up outside Mark’s and made a quick stop. The Pork Ribs were everything I had hoped for —- super smoky, sweet southern sauce, and falling off the bone. I highly recommend!
I had the beef rib dinner with potato salad and baked beans. These ribs were taken from the grill and then into my box to eat. THEE BEST BEEF RIBS I have EVER tasted! The seasoning had soaked through the the to the bones! Potatoe salad and baked beans where fantastic! What an excellent meal for the price AND CLASSIC Customer Service with great conversation, engaging, friendly and kindness from both the cashier and the cook!

BBQ sauce is interesting - almost tastes like it has cinnamon in it (pretty good overall). I got the chopped pork sandwich. The meat was tender, although I like more smoke flavor and bark in pork. Prices are fair and service was quick (walk up window or drive through).
Rib dinner was fantastic. This guy knows how to cook ribs! Will definitely be back!

Chicken leg quarters melt in your mouth. Beef and pork ribs are very meaty. The meats are great value. Sides are great, even if a bit pricey for the size. Don't miss out. Eat here.
The beef rib sandwich was piled high with tender and fat-free meat. Had to save some for later 😉 That sauce is yummy. I had baked beans and potato salad for my side dishes. Good eating.
