I normally wouldn't give a fast food chain 5 stars but this location deserves it. I've been ordering from this location(for delivery and pickup) for around 18 years. Through college in the 2000s, I was ordering a few times a month.

We had ordered a well done pizza that ended up being a little too well done. 😬 but we called and asked if there was any way to make it right and the staff was super friendly and sent us out a new pizza. Very very great service overall. 👏 Much appreciated after a long day at work and getting a pizza
As far as papa John's places go, this one is pretty good. Never had any problems. One time they put cheese on a pizza that was supposed to be vegan and they remade it.
We were in town for a music festival and nothing was open late. We decided to order a pizza at midnight for delivery and the delivery was on time and the pizza was perfectly baked with just the right amount of ingredients! Will definitely order again next time we are in town.
I have been eating at this particular Papa Johns for years and I have to say they have ALWAYS been awesome! They are fast and pizza great. Gotta be best Popa Johns locations in Louisville. They were friendly and gave plates and napkins. Very clean and inviting store.
