Thumbs up. I've been going to this place a lot in the past few years. The service is always really good and the food is always great, I really love the queso with the pretzels. The only time I didn't like was when I came witha group of friends and the server completely forgot to take my order she took everyone else's and then walked away. But, maybe she was new and thought she'd got everyone's-easy mistake. Other than that it's awesome, I'd say probably my dad's favorite restaurant he loves coming here.
I came here for a late lunch on a Saturday and left satisfied. The food was good as always and my waitress was very friendly and helpful.
Wings and TVs, friendly staff, and great atmosphere. This BW3s still holds true to what BW3s should be. I like it for lunch as they have a lunch menu that gives you a full meal with a drink for 10-12 dollars.
The BEST Buffalo Wild Wings. The wings were perfect! This is going to be my goto buffalo wild wings. Very friendly service, too! People need to be nicer to the staff there because they really are super sweet and hard working.
Had a horrible experience at the outerloop location, but decided to try this location and they were awesome! We had a big party with us and everything came out hot,fresh, and timely. Our waitress Amelia was also great!!!
Typical sports bar. Better service than in previous visits. Food is normal portion sizes. Easily sat 9 people at 7:30 pm on a Friday.
Went to the Shelbyville Road there in Middletown got the best service ever had in my life on my waitress the night before I went to the Outer Loop and I've already commented on it yeah I stood there for 15 minutes at the podium and everybody staring at me at the restaurant besides to workers waiting on me that's when I had to walk out if I go somewhere else you have this one is exceptionally great
Waitress was very nice and the food came out fairly quick. The place wasn’t as clean but it seems a problem due to lack of employees I guess. But if you want some good flavor with just a little kick of spiciness I will recommend the mango habanero sauce. Delicious!!!

We use to love coming to this Buffalo Wild Wings in specific, especially on game days. We still come occasionally don’t get me wrong. We love the bartender Brandon. He always greets us with a smile and goes above and beyond our expectations and needs. If you go and he’s luckily there, definitely go sit with him at the bar.
My food was delicious. My wings were cooked just right and they were just the right temperature.
My Boyfriend and I went out to eat at this location and it was amazing! Our server’s name was Brianna and she never let our cups get empty, she even moved us from a table to a booth to make sure we were comfortable, she was very sweet and went above and beyond. She was the best server we ever had in all of our restaurant experiences. This place was really clean and very polite and friendly restaurant.
It was busy, but what do you expect during Football / Basketball season. Our waitress was very attentive and kept refilling the drinks. She said at the beginning that it might take extra time on the food and they would bring it out as it was ready so that everybody got their food hot and fresh. Mine took the longest, but since she informed us up front I was ok with it.
We sat in the bar area so we did not have to wait to be seated. Kids loved playing the trivia, while I kept up with several games.
