Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Haven't had that kind of food from a McDonald's in a loooooooong time. The staff were quick with the food and very nice making sure that customer service is #1. The staff also seemed very happy and playful while they worked. Defiantly would recommend this location.
I recall during the Covid pandemic that this McDonald’s (along with many other restaurants) faced worker shortages. After a negative experience with service at that time, I took a break, but my return has been pleasant. I have experienced helpful and friendly service, a clean setting, and well-prepared food, including hot and crispy fries and a delicious Filet-o-Fish. Whatever they’re doing now, I hope they keep doing it.
Service was friendly and fast and food was hot . I had to wait to eat and let my food cool down in order to eat it . I very very seldom have any issues at this McDonald's !

Fish sandwich was outstanding. Reminded me of the quality we had become accustomed to some years ago.....that somehow dropped off over the last 3 or 4yrs. (Hurstbourne and Linn Station)....Welcome back!
Good food when violently hung over. Good bathrooms for long poo time. I felt so bad but your food made me feel OK enough to drive home. Thanks!
Their drive through is usually quick and employees polite. No complaints. Like this location a lot better than the Middletown one and for some reason, the prices in Plainview are lower on a few items! Good location.
As a dasher, I would much rather come to this location than the one in middletown or the one by Ormsby! They don't make you wait long, the food is hot and correct! Can't say that about the other 2 locations!
I come here almost every day before work.. and this is by far visually , and tasting wise, the BEST caramel frappe I have EVER had. Whoever made this, thank you. You've made me a happy man today.

We just had a nice time at McDonald’s, when we got there, my brother was so excited to see Krispy Cremes. The sweet lady behind the register came out and asked him what type of doughnuts were his favorites, he doesn’t say much, he has Autism, but he responded (she patiently waited) “chocolate!”. She brought him two! Such a joy to see his happiness, I wish I’d gotten her name!
We were greeted walking up by a sweet lady, and the person giving us our food order was super nice, he even asked if we needed some help getting it to the table. Very clean restaurant too!!
Whoo prices are going up but small cheeseburger and frozen coke were good! Went thru fast drive thru!
Fries were fresh but m? Not salted I ask for fries I expect salt on them so I would suggest if you're trying to be heart healthy do it somewhere else fries need salt.. I would not have said anything if this was a single occurrence I get people order them without salt and mistakes happen but this is my 5th time without salt
