Amazing tonite. Not sure what you have done but keep it up!!! The drive thru woman was off the chain!!!! Food was hot and exactly wht we ordered...even stayed hot for the drive home. ( 5 miles)

Wendy's food is always grade A just how I like it. Their meat is extremely good and high grade and they cook their burgers with quality in mind. I have never had an order from Wendy's that was made incorrectly. The only issue I had with one Wendy's was they forgot to give me three frosties instead of two but they quickly resolved the issue after I called and explained what happened. The customer service there is very good and the employees treat you with respect. If I had to choose between Wendy's or McDonald's hands down that's a no-brainer it would be Wendy's 100 times out of 100.
I ordered the $5 biggie deal. Even being short staffed the customer service was still great and the food was good. That deal is pretty good for only $5.
