I give this place a 4 out of 5 because I felt like the pho broth was missing something. The Vietnamese coffee was absolutely delicious.
Food still taste great as ever, but if you order pho, any particular soup, make sure to tell them you want the vegetables/herbs on the side because now they put it all inside the soup. I have no problem with it though, the more vegetables and herbs, the better but my husband didn't like it. He didn'
The staff there were simply amazing. Food absolutely mouth watering and as authentic as it can possibly get. I was blown away by the portion size, massive compared to most other restaurants. The ambiance was a little lacking but I focus on the food and the service above all else!

What a gem!!! Hands down the best Pho in town! The Beef Stew was absolutely delicious! The service was great. Would give 5 stars but had to leave after ordering to get cash as, at the time of my visit they only accepted cash. Will definitely be coming back!!

Best Pho we have found in Louisville so far! The sliced beef was so tender and the broth was flavorful. Service was fast and friendly. Way better than Vietnam Kitchen! We will definitely be back!
