There was nobody in line at drive-thru so I hoped the service would be fast since I only had 20 minutes left in my lunch break. Horrible service EVEN FOR FIRST SHIFT! Usually second shift is a bit more unorganized, but today for my lunch I received my tacos upside down in the bag. How thoughtful! So now all of my meat and lettuce is in the bag and not in my shell. Horrible. They don’t answer the store telephone for NOTHING!

They're supposed to open at 10:30. It even says 10:30 on the speaker then you get there and they say they open till 11:00 or 12:00 or 1:00. They need to put a sign up on the speaker instead of just leaving people sitting there waiting for them to come and take your order by far the worst Taco Bell

They need to slow down to make sure they get the order right instead of just shoving something in a bag and hoping the customer does not come back and complain. Just a bunch of high school students that don’t care. Smh.

Three cars were in front of me and it took half an hour to get them through. I pull up to the window and they ask me to pull around. Well I can't because they have pulled around so many others that there is no where to go. They hadn't brought anyone their food in half an hour. Start to finish it too

This location is also combined with a KFC but I would definitely like to thank the crew there for their awesome customer service!
