The morning drive thru crew at this location has to be the best in Louisville! (and surrounding areas) I never stop at the McDonald's by my house because it will take forever. This one is close to my work & always super quick & super friendly!
This McDonald has been remodeled since the last time I was in there. I like the new look. Place was pretty clean. One of employees was cleaning the dining room while I was in there. The employees were very friendly, but the young black man working the register needs to watch his language on the front line. My sausage egg biscuit was pretty good.
Just stopped for a cone, and fortunately, the ice cream machine was working! In and out quickly with a smile. Although there were no trash cans inside the restaurant. Wierd, I know. Maybe someone can explain?
Ordered a vanilla ice cream cone for my wife. The clerk gave her a huge perfectly swirled ice cream single cone. A great amount for my money spent. A first for any McDonalds.
Excellent server. Plenty of workers. Looks like a fun bunch of people to work with. Ice cream machine was actually working. Food was good except order missing 2 hash browns. As always, one only finds out when one gets home with the food. BUT!!! One SHOULDN'T have to double check if their order is complete. EVERY McDonald's is guilty with this.
Excellent customer service and delicious breakfast. Everything was fresh! Restaurant was clean inside and out in the parking lot. Keep up the good work 😁💖🫶👍
My friend and I have eaten here frequently the last few years. Sometimes, it was hit or miss. But lately , very pleased hot fresh food, and get our orders right. The people in drive through are very pleasant , nice, sweet, friendly people, especially the very aesthetically pleasing , easy on the eyes handsome friendly young man Javier. He does the orders quick, prompt, efficient, but if there is a wait, I don’t mind if he’s working , whether we talk about playing bingo or asking how I’ve been. Means a lot. Give him a raise! :)
All was great food friendly staff, one kid was a little out of pocket about a mark service dog. But I would return. The rest of the staff were delightful.

Everytime I have gone there, the fries are cold and the micha frappé machine has been down Everytime on second shift..... for the past 2 weeks. MCD. FIX YOU FRAPPE MACHINE PLEASE
