The service was friendly, and the food was hot and fresh! The chicken is really crispy but the flavor is pretty standard for fried chicken. The sauce really makes it a standout and unique so make sure to get it!
The best chicken tenders I've ever had! The Canes Sauce is delicious! During the day, the visit was amazing, friendly, and fast. The evening visit was a little lacking in customer service. Having all teenagers run the front should be rethought for professionalism with that experience.
My first time at this particular Raising Canes location. The food was ready quick and tasted really good. Young lady at the register was very nice and welcoming. I'll definitely be back.
This was my first time here and I loved the food and the fact that the menu was simple. The chicken fingers were so juicy that I forgot about the sides. The dipping sauce is very addictive, lol. Service was very friendly and quick. I will definitely be back!
Dining room is open and poppin’ like you’d always expect at a Cane’s! Staff seemed to be keeping up with cleaning tables too. Condiment bar was pretty clean for the crowd it was being abused by and that says a lot. I tried the chicken sandwich for the first time and it was really good! I think the only thing might be that sometimes you get a slightly dry patch and you wish you had some extra cane’s sauce to dab it in. Otherwise, it’s probably pretty underrated. Fries are the best as always. Crinkle cut is the superior cut! I love eating in because they give you the best amount of fries with your meal. Amazing visit. RaisingCane’s has some pretty good chicken. The service here was great as well. The person at the drive through was friendly and overall I had a fantastic experience.

I went in on a college game day shortly after they opened, and was able to get my food quickly. We had about a 25 minute drive home and the food was still warm. I've been to this location multiple times and always had a good experience.
Customer service was great and food was hot a fresh. Line moved fast and we had not one complaint. Oh an the sweet tea is amazing
Very modern/updated decor and nice seating. The staff was all very polite and kept everything very clean (witnessed them keeping tables wiped down and the tray return station cleared). Went in the peak of lunch time and everything in my order was correct (also nice and fresh!). Everything was sooo good I can't even find a downside (: Caines has -admittedly- never been my favorite in the past but something about this establishment hits different. Great work staff! Keep it up 😄

My daughter LOVES Raising Canes’ s’more than any other restaurant. So much so, she wanted to celebrate her 16th birthday there with her family and friends. My wife called days ahead to warn the store manager, Kenneth. When we arrived, Kenneth and the crew welcomed us and gifted my daughter with a gift basket for her birthday. They handled 18 of us with ease. By the way, the food was awesome!! Thank you team Raising Cane’s S Hurstbourne!

My partner & I love going to Canes. We typically get it to go, but this time we sat inside. The way it's set up inside makes it sound like a loud school cafeteria so it's rough if you have sensory problems, but it was perfect otherwise.
99% happy with Cane's; occasionally a bit oily, but ALWAYS hot, and Cane's sauce and those crinkle fries are always 🔥.
Love it all! Chicken is always excellent and juicy (usually I don't like fried chicken, but canes knows how to do it right)! And I absolutely love the Texas toast and coleslaw (I always ask for extra toast)! Service is fast, food is excellent, prices are reasonable, and I highly recommend!
