My husband and daughter and I came here after Light Up Louisville 2016. We ordered some chicken nuggets and fries. While eating my daughter spilled an entire large sweet tea all over the table and herself. The owner and store manager helped us clean it up quickly and the manager even offered to go to Family Dollar to get my daughter new pants. And because she was upset over her wet pants, they gave her a free toy and offered to replace any ruined food. Great job. That's true Customer service!

Toilets self flush now and may or may not work.
No extra napkins or straws.
You have to ask for them now.
Always great service at this McDonald's. Employees are great, food is always correct and fresh. Best McDonald's to go to!!

15 nursing home orders. Forgot the fries. Had to drive back. Manager made right. Shouldn't have forgot them on the first place
The people at the drive-thru windows are very friendly, and my orderr was handed out promptly and accurately.
