Good burgers, nice selection of sides. We've eaten here several times (~10) with no complaints. My wife has celiac disease, and she's never had a problem with their gluten free options. This is her favorite burger joint. Reasonable prices.
I don’t have any complaints about the food. Meat is delicious, jalapeño bun is awesome, and their fries are good. This place is a little pricey for a burger joint considering fries and drinks are extra. I would definitely like to see Heff’s get a specials menu where fries and drinks are included.

Heff’s here in Lubbock is always so good! I get the El Hefe with grilled chicken and it’s the best! Customer service is always wonderful and accommodating! I want to give a shout out to Kendra who went the extra mile and came to my table just to refill my drink! Great job guys! You rock!
I ordered the half pound Wagon BBQ Burger through drive thru and it was delicious.
The burger itself has a BBQ sauce on bottom, pickles, the patty, onion rings, and cheese.

The service was great, nice friendly staff that was very helpful with the menu. Burgers were good and juicy; I had the Bucket Burger and my wife had the Jalapeno Cheddar Burger. Both burgers came on Jalapeno Cheddar buns which were great also. Beware their jalapeno's are hot and they don't hold back
