Driest burgers I’ve ever bought from Whataburger ever. The patty is way smaller than the bun! This is not acceptable. We’ll be making our own burgers from now on. The always reliable, has become unreliable.

During my brunch break from work I decided to go across the street and order some fries and biscuits and gravy. Food has excellent taste. There were many special hamburgers advertised here. Tables were not cleaned after someone left. The entire establishment floors were clean. Baby chairs were there for use for the appropriate size children. This place was not crowded at the time I was there. Staff memb

Employees were really nice and friendly. My granddaughter and I didn't have to wait very long for our food. The dinning area and restrooms inside the facility was extremely clean. I don't eat here much but when I do this is my store of choice here in Lubbock because of the staff and cleanliness.

The thing I love about Whataburger is their hamburgers are always cooked fresh and hot off the grill, there's just something extra tasty about a fresh hot and juicy meat patty compared to one that has been cooked and then kept warm until you order it. My favorite is their green Chile cheese burger.

Busy whole time I was there. Cashier was older gentleman. Both he and runner came into dining area and asked if orders were correct. Free hamburger coupon explained. One person wiping tables as soon people vacated them. When I am in Lubbock, I will use them again.

Awesome jalapeno cheeseburger. Fries we're crisp, nice, and hot. Great service. New guy was working the window, so it took a lil bit, but he was cordial and tried his best.

Food was fresh and hot, not too dry, and fries were great. My only negatives were the time to get the food and the small size of the chicken sandwich. Great job otherwise.
