I had the worst experience ever. The manager was not wearing a name tag. After I walked in and walked to the register to place my order he was extremely rude. He told me in a manner I don’t get spoken to in to use the kiosk and he’d get to my order when he got to it. Then I was forced to wait 10 min
Not happy that places are going to self serve check out. I do not want to walk into a fast food place (or any retail place for that matter) and have to check myself out on a kiosk or checkout. Cashiers are supposed to be employed for a reason. If they were super busy I would understand directing
My husband ordered five tacos and received 73 sauce packets which completely crushed his tacos this is ridiculous someone should be doing something about this and the stores management how do they even stay in business with such poor customer service skills like this?

Place was very clean
First time allowed inside. Person taking the order was extremely nice. Place was very clean and not crowded. Enjoyed the food here.
