Honestly, the first time ever I had any issues with Chick-Fil-A. I got the completely wrong order, I didn't check at the drive thru and it is CFA and they're known for having the correct order. I got home and was really shocked that this was not what I had ordered. The "sprite" tasted like Mineral W
Chick-fil-A had never disappointed until today. Why even bother asking if I wanted large fries if all I was getting was a large box and half the fries. I'm a fatty and I like my fries!
Always greeted with a smiling face that is happy to serve you. From ordering to getting your food, the time is swift and very structured. I know the next time I go to this location I won't have to wait long and it won't displace my day in any way!
Food here is very tasty. Food price was a bit high but worth the price. The place was large and is able to accommodate all who were there. I observed ther was a long line of vehicles but they were served in a expedite manner. The place was busy with people ordering out. Staff were very kind. T
I absolutely love this chic fil a! I was having the worst day and stopped by for a brownie, the sweet lady in the window handed me a cookie as well. That cookie was so warm, and so delicious, I forgot I was even upset before I stopped by. She probably won’t see this but if you do, thank you so much.
Already love going to Chick-fil-A no matter where we are. This is our usual spot in Lubbock to stop in the way home. Tonight they didn't ring up my order right which I found it when I called them. The person that answered was very helpful and is going to replace some items for me in our next visit.
