Reviews Ludington Big Boy

This location was definitely shorthanded on help and I am not taking away any stars on my review for that. The employees here were doing their best and I am grateful for their dedication. We waited along time to be seated. The young kid who finally seated us will hopefully learn that he is the first impression of the restaurant and sets the tone for the customer's experience. Mayce, our server, was kind, down-to-earth, and had a positive vibe. Our meal was hot and delicious. She stayed attentive and gave us refills on our drinks while being so busy with other tables. It took awhile to get our check, but no worries... we understand the employee shortage during these crazy times. Our experience was still great here. We are enjoying celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary in Ludington. Thank you for being a part of our 3 day visit here. 💕

Great tasting food, large portions and they offer the option to dine in. Service was great, waitress was very nice. And right now they are offering a free dessert with visit, all you have to do is text a number (which is posted by each table and also cards laying out) and it's not some cheap little dessert like places usually do. This is anything off their dessert menu.

The service was great and the prices were reasonable. The workers were very friendly. My scrambled eggs were not very good as well as my hash browns which tasted like onions. Everything else I had was great.

What a wonderful dining experience. Wait staff and entire aura of restaurant was super friendly and efficient. Wait staff worked very well with grumpy and just plain mean customer. Will make this restaurant a destination again. Way to Go Big Boy Ludington.
