Visiting from TN a few weeks ago and decided to eat dinner here. The cashier didn't speak a word to me. Just stood there while I gave my order. When I arrived at this whataburger there was a car at the speaker in front of me that was ordering. They moved on fairly fast then it was my time to order. A gentleman said over the speaker to hold on and he'd be right with me. 15 minutes later he says to go ahead and order, so I order then I get t

Food was hot and fresh. Place condiments and lettuce on the side as I requested for later consumption. I hate a soggy burger. Staff friendly and timely, and made sure it was every thing I requested before leaving. Restaurant was clean and sparkly, especially the bathroom.

Terribly slow service. Sat in drive through for 25 minutes, then had to pull up and wait in parking lot. Car ahead in drive through was yucking it up with store employee hanging out window. Finally got out of my car and headed inside to get my money back and employee met me with order. Was told

Wow.... this is by far not only the worst whataburger I have ever been to but the worst experience in fast food period. First someone stole our order... then they couldn't correct it.... then..... I get to my destination & water instead of sprite after this whole experience. Wow.... dumbfounded!!

Went through the drive thru this morning... only one in line, had to wait to place my order. This is by far the SLOWEST fast food restaurant I have ever been at. The drive thru attendant was very rude and superr slow. If I lived in Lufkin, I wouldn't make the mistake of eating here ever again.
