This is by far the worst sonic I've ever been to. The employees are just standing around chit chatting, sometimes bringing things out to their friends. Took over half an hour after ordering before I pushed the button again to ask what the ETA was and was told "it'll be out" and they hung up. Drinks
Waited over 30 minutes for 2 burger meals and an ice cream. Pressed the button to check on our order. They just said “It’ll be out”. We asked about how much longer and they just kept saying “It’ll be out”. Horrible horrible service. We left and went to Whataburger.
Short staff/ busy whatever the case may be u shouldn't be rude to your guest. I literally repeated my order 4 times to the fountain worker and still receive the wrong food. When I called the store back to the store even the manager was rude. I would leave 0 stars of it would let me.
Almost perfect. I love the drive in experience. We got the new Banana Pudding Shake , which is Phenomenal , but not yet available on the app. I'm spoiled.
Just left there after they messed up our order, got home and the burgers were cold and not edible. 21 bux thrown away. Will never eat sonic again, very poor food now.
