The KFC where I visited is the best it's better than eden ,Reidsville Burlington Madison Greensboro, Danville all of these others stores need to be closed down very sorry workers & selfish & believe in serving the customer s 2days old chicken & cheat them the 1 I was at i.d recommend them
KFC is usually 98% of the time extremely great, but on this visit my carry-out order (chicken) was very soggy & less delicious and satisfying as usual. As a matter of fact, chicken was not hot or cooked thoroughly. It was pinkish blood on the inside.
Is this chicken sandwich better than the popeyes chicken sandwich..... I'll leave that to you to decide... But I'll tell you one thing... It's very good
Tenders and popcorn chicken was fried too hard. Fries were good.
My whole order was messed up then the whole order was not in the bag. After employee touched the computer she digging all in the bag like she was confused didnt knw what the order was supposed to be. Called back and spoke with manager she she come back amd get the fries that was missing from my orde
The customer service was great I ordered the Tennessee hot tender combo the tenders were to hard and crunchy for me to eat but besides that the rest of the food I ordered was good
Great service fresh food. The older lady was kind snappy but the team was fast and friendly 10/10 I love wonderful customer service being a CSR myself I know it is a thankless job so on behalf of my team thank you!! 🤗🤗
Soft drinks didn't taste right. Too carbonated. Evidently staff didn't check it or didn't care. Food was mediocre where KFC usually has good food.
