80%of the McDonald's in both lackawanna and luzerne counties are clean,efficient,have edible meals with a few exceptions like the one on kidder near the mall entrance and the one on south side plaza in scranton so who is managing and serving makes a big difference
Heads up to McDonald's on the ever being repaired sans scoui hwy and one on 315 s near oak st and rt 6 s in scranton
I had a wonderful lunch with my daughter we were able to catch up on what was going on with ourselves and her family and enjoy a nice lunch
All around great location for sure 👌🏽 I used to go in the mornings alot and that morning crew never missed a beat.
I received my order quickly and the food was hot and fresh. When I received my order I was asked if I needed anything else, and with a smile she said Thank You for visiting McDonald's and Have a great day. The Restaurant was Clean and in order the restroom was very clean as well.
Man taking order was not nice at all. He seemed miserable

Great McDonald's I think they stand out
This is easily the best run and staffed fast food place in the valley. The people working there are pleasant, fast and efficient. They actually try to be helpful, and that's actually surprising in this day and age. They don't mess up orders, they're not sullen, they don't ignore you - such as at other local places. If the drive thru line is long at lunchtime etc., I order ahead and pickup inside to be faster - where btw everything is sparkling clean.

McDonald's like any other McDonald's. I'm guessing they were training somebody when they were taking our order but she did get it correctly. We did have to park in an order pickup spot because a large bus came in while we were there ordering.
I always enjoyed the elderly nice lady at the drive thru. She worked there for many years. Service is prompt and food orders are usually accurate and tasty
