It was new year's eve, the food was as always brilliant. The escargot was just perfect. However, lost a star as they rushed us out at 11pm. This was a bit rude and disappointing. Otherwise still worth a visit
As usual, the dining experience is one of the best if not the best in Lynchburg. I had the Ribeye special and my wife had the Filet Mignon. Potato wedges and brussel sprouts served as our accompaniments. The shrimp cocktail made a nice appetizer. For dessert we had the creme brulee and the "Wookie"
This place is a well hidden secret in Virginia. All the food here is great. The seem to have a speciality in steak. Hands down, this is the best Ribey I have ever eaten. The flavor profile is off the charts.
Several new tempting items have been added to the menu in the past month. Also, special choices are always a pleasant surprise for appetizers, entrees and desserts.
