Every time I go to use the drive through the line is all the way out to Timberlake road. Easily 30+ minutes waiting just to order. Always very understaffed. I blame management. Maybe pay people enough to get enough help to serve customers?

Food has always been given fresh around the night shift hours. Stop going once the guy at drive thru that collects money used his fingers w/o gloves to catch my fries from falling and put them back in my fry cup. Was a turn off I corrected him right then, he was nice and apologized. It's me not him
The assistant manager of this store should not be anytime of manager nor employed by wendys unless horrible customer service and telling people to save old food in hot vehicles would be what you all stand for because this lady was very rude! Never will I go here again corporate office will most cert
The best thing about this visit was the people were cool. Register wouldn't work for a very long period of time,Order was incorrect once I got it and got home,Couldn't get a receipt,Food sat the entire time while I waited to pay so yeap it was cold, and not so good.
At the time.the lobby was lock evening tho we ate.other Wendy's and were welcome in we had to wait almost 25 mins to pick up a door dash meal thru drive thru they were very short
Worst Wendy's I've ever eaten. It's always bad, I don't know why I go to this one. Other Wendy's in Lynchburg are good, it's only this particular one. For example, they had no ice but instead of telling me when I ordered I got served a warm, watered down Sprite. I switched it to a warm Lemonade. smh
Worse customer service ever. "Manager" Sharon would not owne up to her simple mistake, was rude disrespectful and throwing others under the bus. Never eat here, I wouldn't trust anything that comes out of this Wendy's.
