This place is the worst Aunt Anne's that I have ever gone to and I have been to many! The staff are rude and when they tell you that it's a 5 minute wait (for 1 original pretzel) is a lie. The fact that you have to tip here now is absolutely ridiculous. This isn’t a restaurant. I shouldn’t have to tip them to make a small soda and get a pretzel out of a warmer.

The locate them in a place where the smell of a freshly baked pretzel will follow you everywhere lol. So get one and take 5 minutes break/.
