I feel like they'd have drop the passion for making great burgers, It used to be a great place to get a good burger but now most of the food it's just plain. A bit of new burgers menu would be nice
I give it 5 stars for letting me walk thru the drive thru. Not all places will. The food, service, and speed are good. Current road construction at night is only deterrent.
Fast, correct, friendly. For Jack in the Box.... a VERY good experience. Have been here 3 times since moving to the neighborhood. Glad to know I can p/U lunch and not be late!

This one is kind of slow but I'll be real impressed if you're going to decide on a different place because of this fact.
I was so upset! The French fries were cold the burgers were cold. They smelled funny. This is not the Jack in the Box I am used to. I spent almost $40 bucks on 2 burgers 2 fries and a kids meal to end up throwing it in the trash!
New person working there, sweetest girl named Sophie, first time the foods been actually good at this location in years. Hire that girl on as a manager, pay her a lot and don't let her go. Went from a 1/10 to a 12/10 easily in one visit. Will definitely be coming back soon
10/31/2021 At 1:54pm. Fries were superb. Chicken sandwich was superb. Customer service was stellar and professional. This was the best Jack In the Box visit in my life. I am not kidding at all. The management should congratulate every crew member working today. Heart Samhain!
Drive up server was a little slow on the uptake but the order was correct, fresh, and hot in the end.
