Easy location in strip mall off hwy 99. Much cleaner than most other convenience stores. Not super busy. Has all the regular stuff that most other 7-11's. Nice clerks which is a bonus!

My family has slurpees most Fridays after school. The staff is friendly and recognize them as regulars. Standard 7-Eleven offerings and maintained reasonably, consistent with what I would expect from a 7-Eleven.
Very clean store and insisted on making fresh hot food when ordered and not serving the old stuff.
