Really good coffee & lunch boxes. Everyone here is very nice. I've dropped my coffee twice now in the past month (I'm a clutz) and they always remake it for me. Thank you for being so kind!!

I have to say that still after my many years of drinking dry cappuccinos the Nordstrom e bars around the country seem to have the best knowledge of how to make a specialty drink overall course I've had an occasional negative experience but generally they have been very good

Not a great experience at this Nordstrom coffee shop... I guess I shouldn't have expected much since it is connected to Nordstrom and there was no one here. The employees were friendly. I brought a Nordstrom branded mug here and I found that the bottom plastic felt off after a couple of wash. I stop buying any products from the store after that but I always enjoy their drinks and bagels. They need to get better supplier with their brand on it.

Whenever I visit the alderwood mall this is my first stop. My drink is always upto par. The staff is always gracious and create a fun pleasant atmosphere.
