Came by the store this morning and made an order that included a pitaya bowl. It tasted so strange, as if it was old. So bad I threw up. Strongly recommend going somewhere else

I keep trying to give them a chance but their Chunky Strawberry Bowls are always disgusting! This time the fruit on top of the bowl was old! It smelled gross and the smoothie was stiff and salty. I'm always disappointed when I ordered from here. I will just stick to the one by my job in Lakewood.

Idk why the guy has to have an attitude while taking orders and even ignores me when I try to ask him a question. Got my order wrong too. Got a free bar for ordering again by the other nicer guy who helped me out. If he had helped me out first I’d of rated better.

I love coming to Jamba , i enjoy mainly their acai super antioxidant smoothie😋 it's delicious. Staff seemed friendly and fast. I wish they sold merchandise items again I would've loved buying some merch items to show off at work!

Everytime i come the female worker has a nasty attitude. I strongly believe she has little to zero training in customer service. They never have enough shots for the sale. The male workers are attentive but she seems to be the know it all with a tone so i hope she isn't the supervisor.
