Every time I come in and the Lady that is always taking the orders is so Rude. She didn't want to give me her name but she is the only African American older lady there. Used to work here in 2010 recently went there with a couple of my cousins and notice a lot of horrible things that would not have been tolerated when I work there sad to see the store go down the way it has been customer service sucks rude barista and did I mention a long wait time for no reason
I never usually complain about anything, but I literally received a burnt blueberry muffin. I can't even open it, it is hard as a rock. Why would anyone sell this to someone? It is inedible.
