Some of the yummiest + freshest cookies we’ve had! The ice cream sandwiches are so refreshing, the cookie was delicious + the ice cream was so creamy! I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a sweet treat! 🤩🍪
It took some time to find as it is located on the 2nd floor of a shopping center. We made it just 15min before closing and the 2 people working were super kind and didn’t rush us one bit.
They have DELICIOUS ice cream sandwiches— we loved the Choc.Chip Macadamia cookies best (followed by Double Choc.Chip Macadamia) but there were so many unique flavors we bought 5-6 to throughout our time in Maui.
Plan to stop here anytime we’re visiting!
Found Hula Cookie when we departed on a snorkeling tour and basically declared this as a must when we returned. So glad we did too! The staff, service and shop were excellent. The menu is an ice cream and cookie lovers dream. My husband and I were easily able to share one ice cream cookie sandwich. We ordered one of the signature creations, and we were not disappointed. Two warm cookies sandwiched between premium ice cream, you just can't go wrong. Now, I am not sure this is a non-dairy friendly establishment, but they do also serve shaved ice and espresso items as well. Overall, just make sure to stop here if your Hawaiian journey brings you through Maalaea.
When I take my family to a place like this, I can't get just one thing. The shaved ice is very reasonably priced and excellent quality (including the straw holes to make sure the syrup gets to the bottom). The cookies and ice cream cone in a variety of fun, local flavors. This was the best sweet stop of our trip.
Wonderful cookies (8 types) and nice ice cream (Roselani Hawaiian ice cream) with 20 flavors. Prices are decent ($1.60 for a cookie and $7 for a double scoop), multiple Hawaiian inspired flavors and they allow sampling. Ice cream cookie sandwiches also looked really good.
Our favorite cookies were the Kona coffee chocolate chip and double chocolate macadamia nut. For ice cream our favorites were the aloha cherry truffle and ube.
They also serve hot beverages.
We had the cookies, shaved ice with three flavors, and lava flow with probiotic protein. Everything was great and the worker was chill. The coffee sign was closer to register. They have coffee too 🍪🏝☕️🧊🍦
Delicious shave ice and cookies! We stumbled on this place in the shopping center near where our boat for snorkeling and we were very impressed! One of our favorite shave ice on the island and we tried lots! I would highly recommend getting a scoop of vanilla ice cream at the bottom of your shave ice!
I visited here back on Sept 7 and I ordered Ube and Macadamia Nut Ice Cream together 🥰. It taste so Ono. They even gave me a business card. Four stars. Must visit again. Highly recommend to locals and tourists.
Chocolate macadamia nut cookie was insane! Paired with the Kona mudslide ice cream and coconut haupia ice cream was 10/10. Great service too.
