Tara was very helpful and pleasant during my visit to this location. The food was good and fries were hot. Experience overall was pleasant. Thank you Tara for all your hard work, and for making sure we were taken care of.
Got the 5 pc. Tenders... Fresh & tasty! A little smaller pieces than I remember, but still enough.
I guess with this economy, they have to save somewhere. Slaw was fresh, fries good 👍 Would eat here again👍!
Great food as always, but every table in the dining room was dirty. Told the young lady at the counter, but no one came out to clean them during the 25 minutes we were eating. Rags and buckets labeled with Dawn and Sanitizer were anove the trash, so I cleaned ours!!
Very pleased with the staffing at this location. The staff is amazing. The manager tara is amazing. If there is a problem she fixes it immediately & dose what she can do to have her customers leaving happy . She’s very nice. I will forever go to this location.💕
Shoutout to everyone but Gary, unfortunately. Pulled thru the 1st time everyone was so nice, cute, & polite. Took my bf his salad & noticed mine was not correct. Seriously NBD, until, Gary asked me to pass the salad back thru the window. I didn’t feel comfortable passing the incorrect salad back thru a window properly prepared food was coming out of (it is actually a health code violation, not a covid precaution). This went on the make Gary a very unhappy camper as I told him I didn’t mind going inside or if he wanted to send someone out to get it I would prefer todo that but I was adamant on not passing it back thru the window (soon I’ll explain). I’ve worked in the food industry many years, I have seen the worst of the worst, TRUST ME, this is why I try to be understanding. Mr. Gary did not reciprocate the energy or my understanding. Oh well. He then goes on to yell WHATEVER & slams the drive thru window shut, obviously I am flabbergasted lol. Then another sweet girl came to the window and asked me if could pull up & apologized for her managers behavior. I asked her to tell Gary to come outside; basically so we could have a come to Jesus moment bc that was bizarre. Nowww, what Mr. Gary did not know, or care to just be mindful of, was that when I went to drop my boyfriend off his food, he works in a hospital. He works in a hospital where he comes in contact with patients who are sadly still being infected by Covid. Many areas are under quarantine but he is still responsible for their care. Being we live together in the same home, often times are in the same vehicle, I try to be mindful & considerate. Even if I wanted to be one of those people that were never satisfied, Gary let his temper get the best of him. But instead I was kind, & also recommended they check the temp on the cucumbers bc they were straight see thru.. NEVER LET THEM SEE YOU SWEAT GARY ITS NOT WORTH IT. Rant over, just be kind. ❤️ But I’m giving 5 stars bc I can actually see that our local Zaxbys is trying todo better, hopefully this will be an isolated incident. 😊
This is the best Zaxbeys i’ve been too ever!! They are always fast in the drive through and in the dinning room! This place is very clean, and all of there employees are very friendly! The manager, Tara, is the best!! If there is an issue she will fix it immediately! She is always making sure that her store is in great shape and that her employees are on top of it! This zaxbeys will never disappoint💗💗
