Love this place as well. Every time we go to Macon I make it a point to stop here and eat lunch. Never a bad experience here. We had one incident and it was handled quickly and professional. I wish they would bring one to Dublin. It is my favorite place to eat in Macon!

I’ve never had a bad experience at Five Guys! Staff always courteous & friendly. We enjoyed our lunch yesterday at the Macon restaurant, all the employees were very nice & helpful to everyone. The building was clean & music enjoyable.
Hands down, the best hamburgers in America!!! Loved our meal! The shakes were great too!

I had a good experience at Five Guys Tom Hill. Brittany, the manager is in the zone and she is polite. I got the hamburger with grilled onions and a regular fries. I don’t eat cheese so I got the hamburger. I got exactly what I ordered. See ph@t@s! The business is clean. They have a hard working staff.
This location made our night!! Just finished a 12hr journey to our hotel. They stayed open late and had a more than positive attitude. Very clean on the inside and food didn’t disappoint. Thank you for a great experience!

The cheeseburger no bun wrapped in lettuce option is a great 😋. The Cajun fries were 🔥🔥🔥. Definitely going back.

We’ve came here twice and were helped both time by Quinton. He presented the best customer service and goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are completely satisfied. The food is always hot and they have the best burgers and milkshakes. We will definitely be come back thanks to Quintons awesome service and great food. Arigato Quinton!

So many fries!!!! Insane how much you get in that brown bag! Great food but prices are insane. ....for a family of 5, we spent almost $100. That's absolutely ridiculous for"fast food"
