possibly the worst Chick-fil-A I've been to. very sure which makes it worse being a university Chick-fil-A in a confined space. there have been days where I would wait for my food for 30+ minutes, I never get my sauce and the food is almost always cold, or wrong.

This place cannot get my order right. I’ve gotten it several times and anytime I order a deluxe no tomato it’s wrong. 1st time tomato still on it. 2nd time wrong sandwich without tomato. 3rd time no toppings at all except cheese. The most disorganized Chick fil-a. They should ask people for their names and have distinct sections for pick up and those who want to join the line for face to face order. They didn't give me all things that I asked for on both sandwich and sauces.

The staff are super friendly and the service is usually very quick! They're accommodating when I ask for a salad with no chicken, which I appreciate so much! I just wish their menu had more vegetarian/vegan friendly options (but I can't expect that from a place with chicken in the name, lol)

Pretty good location for Mercer Students. Staff is friendly even through those busy times of the year. Its a good alternative to on campus meals provided through the caf. You can pretty quickly get in and out with a drink and a chicken sandwich. Not much else to say about it. Prices are pretty stand
