I did pick up mobile order, came there food was ready. It was fresh and crispy.

I hit the drive thru at 11:57am for lunch. The chicken in my chicken sandwich was definitely cooked hours before. The filet was dried up and hard from extended time in the holding cabinet. This location is almost always very slow, and gets simple orders wrong often. It also isn't unusual to be served terrible food. Sometimes cold and/or old, or things like not changing the oil in the frier. The sweet tea here will straight up give you diabetes every time lol
