The lady cashier was training a new worker and had us wait for 5 minutes to place our order, but she was so rude we left without buying anything. She needs to be trained herself on human kindness and courtesy, as well as be more professional.
I have never seen a Dunkin completely shut down for lunch! Unreal. Got here at 1105am and gates were closed so I called and she said they were closed for lunch til 1145!! Didn't need to do any shopping so I stood there all that time. I wouldn't have except that this is the only DD anywhere around.
