Not only is the food amazing, it seems like they only hire the nicest people to work here! Every single time I call to order delivery I speak with happy, friendly people. The friendly nature made me a customer there for sure unlike other places I called in this area. The service lacked but not here. I do not care how good someone's food is if they are unkind or even nasty as far as staff service is concerned. What is wrong with people..is kind so hard? It is VITAL. Called several places until I find this.

went their hungover on my way to work for a quick sandwich, two gentlemen behind the counter were over the moon to help us even though they were closing soon. And it was the best prouciutto, mozz , and red pepper sandwich I've ever had. Bread and cheese are made their. Unbelievable you must go.
The eggplant, roasted peppers, and mozzarella sandwiches are delish!!!! I've ordered at least 10 times and they are always soooo fresh and a big hit!! Thank you for such delicious food!!

I went here for the first time a few days ago and the food was good and the guy behind the counter who I assume was the owner was actually really nice. I'm definitely adding this to the list of places to go in Madison.
fratelli's deli has such good food I feel like I'm in my grandma's Italian kitchen when I eat their food everything they make is fresh everyday and good and I order eggplants from there so I don't have to go home and Fry up the cutlets they're already donethen I just put together my eggplant parm and eggplant sandwiches without the greasy mess just warm them up a little bit in the air fryer or the oven before you put them on your sandwich or in your parmigiana dish love love love fratelli's
