Staff is helpful and friendly! The best hot chocolate ever!

Absolutely love it here! The chocolate is so unique and delicious. And if you get any of the bakery items just prepare yourself, you'll never want to leave. The atmosphere is cozy and eclectic and the people who work there are so nice! If you're in Madison you have to stop here!

We used their Groupon to do a chocolate tasting and a little presentation on how chocolate is made. I've done a number of chocolate tours and programs in other cities, and still learned new things. Don't waste your time, money or taste buds. One Star is generous. Way too expensive for mediocre chocolate. Go to Gail Ambrosia for good chocolate. Also the staff was pretty rude.
