I went through the drive through to get a quarter pounder bacon meal with no onions, sprite and a caramel frappe and I ended up getting a McDouble with a small fries and no sprite. The only thing I got was the coffee. They gave me the wrong persons order
This McDonald's is by far the best in the city with polite fast service, open all night, and attentive to detail on what they offer on the late night menu when I deliver for Uber Eats in the overnight hours.
This is one of the best Mcdonald's in Madison. Very fast, very friendly, and they have not messed up my order once, And I order my burgers special! Hats off to these hard working employees
The Night Manager (female) charged my credit card twice. I don’t think it was her first time double charging her customers either. I will expose what I believe is a scam used by some unscrupulous workers….. when you use the McDonald’s app on your cell phone and get to the window with your Order Code

Order 2 soft drinks at the drive-through one medium and 1 large Diet Coke light on ice they give us 2 mediums, the 3 attendants at the window were shown the receipt that it should be a medium and a large diet coke they still screwed it up with a dr pepper
McDonald's in Reedsburg, WI is by far my favorite location. The night shift manager is so very friendly and great at her job. I've had great experience with all of the crew members. The drive thru is always quick and efficient.
