New Chili's in Madison Alabama. Great large bar area with an addtional outsdie sitting bar area. Food was great and meet our expecations for Chili's. Well staffed for first week and quick service for how busy they were. Will return for the great bar area.
We went after lunch and got seated immediately. We couldn't have asked for a better server. His name was Kyle and he went above and beyond to make our meal tasty and enjoyable. He was quick to give us a lot of great options with our drinks and they were made by a great bartender. There were 9 of us plus a baby and he didn't skip a beat with any of us. We all got our food and drinks quickly and correctly. Everyone was very pleased with their meal.
After seeing this Chili's location struggle with staff (too little-all positions) due to C-19, we were glad to have great food and service here again! I know this is because we sat in the bar dining area.
We sat in the bar corral the last 2 times we visited. The bartender (Kyle?) was friendly, fast and knew the food menu well. Better than any wait staff we had in the dining room since this restaurant's staff shortages begin. Keep this man! (AA, around 33, long hair) We got more attention from him than sitting in the main dining area. And he was taking care of 12 seated tables...amazing & awesome!
Do work to keep this guy, North Madison Chili's. He is a keeper!
Our server Amanda was wonderful the whole staff was wonderful great food, service was excellent. I would recommend to everyone. great staff thank you again for the wonderful birthday dinner
Chill's is always good. However, the location we were, didn't have proper staffing, there were 2 employees just standing around. The server who waited on me, had her hands full. But she did it with much patience and a smile..the food, always enjoy
Great atmosphere! Love the food and drinks. Shout to our server Marquita for being the only server in our are and still able to hold it down! Keep up the good work.
