Start with customer service. Incredibly shorthanded. The lady's was great, unfortunately the food fell very short. Pasta like rubber. Pizza overcooked, lasagna undercooked, chicken alfredo was inedible had to be sent back. Second time pasta with still rubbery but chicken was better. Every table stil

My boy Lance Johnson is number one cook in the state all food was warm to the table and the food was prepped perfectly. Sauces portioned prefect and noodles were cooked perfectly too. I don’t know what he makes per hour but he deserves more
Literally none of the tables and I mean none were clean. The cashier didn’t even acknowledge us when our food was ready she was taking it to a whole different table. The whole time she stood behind the cash register not doing anything. And at 7 pm she came over and said she had to block off the back
Food was hot, as ordered and tasted good. Would be 5 stars, but we waited about 40 minutes in the drive thru. The did give us extra breadsticks so I guess the wait was worth it.
