There was only one person in front of me in the drive thru and it still took 20 minutes. They had nothing but extra crispy chicken, which I don't mind, but would've liked the option.
I thought the service and quality would've improved after the revamp but no. Go to Popeye's.
After waiting more than 30 minutes after placing order we get home and it was SO WRONG. The girl that took the order forgot to put slaw in boxes so she put a container in another bag. BUT CHARGED US EXTRA. Then we get home to eat and our 3 piece meals, all 3, only had 2 pieces of chicken in box.
These losers make up any excuse after 5pm to not serve the guest. I have been told food could not be cooked because the kitchen closes at 7pm, so it's just leftovers after that. Last night they stopped taking orders at 5pm because of bad weather coming an hour later. We went across the street and

Its fast food chicken. So dont expect a gourmet meal. But the place looks clean and it's good.
Good, could work on paper towels in bathroom (men's), very few lids in dining room for your drinks. The employees filling the orders was very close. I guess needs improvement.

The food was good but our order was wrong on everything but the wings. One wrong is forgivable but the entire order NO!!!and also we didn't get my grandson's french fries and that's all he wanted!!!!!!
