Thought we'd give the new pizza hut a try. Big mistake. The pastas came so dry we couldn't swallow them. The store apparently didn't have the drinks we ordered so the driver came without any. When we asked if he could bring us back another kind we were told to call the store. Did they just plan on keeping our money. When we called and asked for the drinks we also asked for more Alfredo sauce to be sent for our pastas. Looks like they just pulled it out of the fridge and stopped it into sauce cups. No warming it up at all. Looks like it's back to Dominoes for us.

Ordered two pizzas one was great no problems the other unfortunately had way to many toppings on it and wasn’t cooked all the way through the crust was soggy and a lot of the cheese wasn’t melted.

Great pizza. Perfect temp and crust. But the employees need to be trained better. Knocked on the window for 5 min before someone came to service. He was outside bullshiting with his freinds

It wasn't real bad, it was decent. The woman that served us was super friendly. We got the buffet and there wasn't much to choose from, you could tell the food wasn't fresh. But it was a little after 1pm when we went. And idk when they start the buffet. Was our first time going there.

The pizza was delivered very quickly and it was still really hot. They got the order 100% correct including all 6 sauces ordered. The pizza was cheesy and delicious!

Granted, I did order 30 minutes before closing time, but the food was awful. It had absolutely no pizza sauce on either pizza and they were rude

Food was never delivered. No refund has been given. Horrible customer service. Called the store to speak with anyone about my order and got hung up on twice. Save your time and money and go with Papa John's or Dominos.

My veggie pizza was anything but, having pepperoni and ham on it. Could not order pizza online with points unless I included credit card info. Tip that I did include did not show up on store receipt, did employees get tip or did corporate keep it? I am telling everyone to tip in person. When I contacted store about pizza being wrong I was put on hold and forgotten. GOODBYE PIZZA HUT.

Before Pizza Hut moved to their new building the pizza and service was good. Since then it's gone to shit. Had to pay a delivery fee since they moved. Then the pizzas would show up late, barely warm or the wrong order. No one seemed to give a shit about it when we called. We sat outside of their pick up window for 15 minutes then had to go in. They weren't busy with customers just busy running their damn mouth and still took 10 minutes to get the damn order. Now we got a postcard saying they no longer deliver to our area, South Main Street. So Madisonville Pizza Hut Fuck You, your shitty pizza and your shitty service.

Disappointed to say the least. My pizza and service is normally always good. Friday night we has the cheesy bites pizza(which was amazing last time) however, it was burnt to a crisp to the point we could only eat the center of the pizza. Made a call to the store waited on hold for 15 minutes before someone hung up the phone on me while waiting to speak to the manager. Guess my business will go elsewhere.

Needs a server that don't take 45 min to bring drinks and one that don't get the food that was ordered mixed up from table to table

I really don't know why we keep coming back to this Pizza Hut location. Terrible service, never enough waitresses, tables dirty, not enough food on buffet, phone ringing off the wall, people waiting to be seated being ignored, kids running rampant, having to ask for silverware, finally getting seated then waiting to be served...and all on a Sunday afternoon! Don't they know people go out to eat after church EVERY SUNDAY?! Now I'm waiting on my check! Grrr!!!

Service was really bad but it was caused by only having one girl trying to take care of the whole store. Probably want go back anytime soon .

Took over 40 min. to get my pizza and breads sticks...the waitress didn't check on us for refills and my children were getting rowdy. The pizza and bread sticks were not even warm and got them same time. I was hoping to get bread sticks first. Thought I'd have quick service since no one was there hardly...boy was I wrong..tried to tell a manager and she seemed to ignore me. I will not be back..

Sunday April 13th 7:50 pm. I ordered a ppan meat lover's and cheese bread sticks. I wait my 20 minutes to pic up the order. Get home only to find that the ppan I received was a supreme. I drive back to P Hut. The original pizza I ordered was still on the shelf. So I received a COLD pizza that had been sitting about 30 min. They did not even offer to make me a fresh ppan. VERY DISAPPOINTED
