Donna, I always loved your potato cakes, they are the best. Great Buffet and reasonable prices. Friendly and Professional staff. We'll definitely be back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Some of the BEST southern cooking that we’ve ever eaten! We have dined here three times, while in the area, and it will be a place we stop anytime we’re anywhere close! In the days of COVID19, gloves are provided and must be worn when serving from the buffet and employees wear masks. Highly recommend!!!

This was our first visit. I have been following Donna's on Facebook, and finally just pulled the trigger and took the family. I'm glad we went! The food was amazing and hospitality was excellent! We will be back, next time for dinner.

Donna's Old Town Cafe was as good today as it always is ! The food was great and the service was excellent. It was well worth the drive down from Knoxville. Home cooking at it's finest and the best iced tea you'll find anywhere.

***NOT AS ADVERTISED*** Came for the prime rib for Valentine's Day! It was not the same kind of meat from WBIR as advertised! We have never been there, so it was our first time visiting. You will see from the picture, it was well done fat! Not rare prime rib! We even called well in advance and got reservations. It was advertised as an "Elegant Valentine's dinner", it was far from elegant as everything was served with plastic! Not to mention the seats and tables were plastic as well! Which you can guess were extremely uncomfortable! I am not from Tennessee so maybe this is elegant to the area? They told us it was upstairs and a fair warning, if you have any issues with stairs, you will not get up them! They were extremely steep, even my service dog had issues going up and down! Our reservations were at 7:30, by 8:00 the staff came around and tore down the tables around us making us feel very unwelcome and hurried to get out! But it was okay I guess because the food was horrible we left full plates on the table. The chocolate in the fountain was so old and burnt it was clogging the machine, just disgusting! Only one refill in the small plastic cups! The price for all the elegance and over cooked fat was a whopping 65.00 for 2 people! WOW!!! Not sure how you have such high reviews??? I don't think you should be advising this as an elegant experience in anyway! If I was the owner, I would have been ashamed to serve such food! And the proof is in the pictures! DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY! IT RUINED OUR VALENTINE'S DAY!!!

Nice little small town southern buffet food was good people were friendly. Wish they had a little more selection.

Best Breakfast around. The "Country Ham" was a surprise to find on a buffet. Very tasty and the endless cups of fresh hot coffee made my morning

An icy cold Saturday afternoon in January is not the ideal time to check out new restaurants, but my first visit to Donna's OTC yesterday proved to be beyond my expectations. Too late for lunch and too early for dinner, the buffet was filled with hot, down-home comfort food. My favorites were the fried mac n cheese balls, yeast rolls, and fried chicken. The assorted fresh-made salads also hit the spot. Service was impeccable, the staff very friendly, and the environment charming and cozy. I will definitely be back.

Great food and great service. I have never seen the amount of effort these folks exerted keeping the bar fresh. The staff looked like worker bees in terms of effort and activity.

Had my nephews surprise party here and the food was great, the servers were great. I would recommend

Went there for the chocolate gravy. I had the breakfast bar and it was wonderful. Food was fresh, taste good. Service was good and price was good as well. They were putting out salad stuff it made me want to eat lunch. A must try.

Donna's catered my wedding it was amazing! I had I don't know how many people say it was the best wedding food they ever had! I have no complaints and recommend them 100 percent

Finally, a buffet with real home cooked foods! We had cabbage casserole, Squash casserole, Mac and cheese, fresh corn, fried chicken tenders, fried fish and a whole lot of other good things but I was too full to try them. Had to save room for homemade dessert. Had a choice of 4 ! All really good food! Looking forward to coming back, even though I live about an hour away! Worth the drive, for sure!

Stopped in for breakfast while on a solo m-cycle trip. Breakfast buffet was awesome and I especially liked the biscuits, country ham, fresh tomatoes, watermelon, and eggs. Price was very reasonable given the caliber of the eats. Taylor did a good job taking care of me and Melissa was fun to chat with!

It was great to come back in today and have some delicious food from one of my favorite places. Glad you guys are back open. New place looks beautiful.

Went to Donna’s for the Valentine dinner and it was great. The staff is very friendly and the food and the service were great as well.

Me ,my mom, and sister stopped in for lunch. We are from Knoxville. This was our first time here. Awesome food. All of us tried the buffet.and it had great choices And tasted great. And the workers are so sweet. We will for sure visit again soon.
