Always clean here so nice to come into clean tables. The ladies are kinda rude . They act like your an inconvenience to them. Anyone on here I would fall over if you told me they are ever happy or say your welcome have a nice that thank you any of the above. Aside from one worker Maria.

Madras DQ always goes above and beyond in customer service. Not the fastest place to eat by any means but tasty food with a smile that's actually prepared hot. Never cold, never disappointing.
While traveling through we stopped and got a great hamburger and a blizzard. The service was great and professional. We understand that during this time when there are staff shortages, supply shortages, and it is busy summer time that this may not be the case, however it was, and they worked hard
I stopped in for lunch in a hurry grabbed a #9 to go and it was excellent and pretty quick, a really juicy burger and the fries were pretty good for DQ service was friendly the only thing I didn't like was the guy at the counter with the facial piercings but thata a pet peeve of mine.
Most things have changed from the previous management. There is a lacking of awareness on the part of the staff that we had. Seems to be a change in options. The whole portions issue shrinking burgers with a larger price tag. Felt alot like going to chain.
Their customer service is poor. They want you to order and get out of their way.
Decent ice cream on a hot day..especially if you're in to soft serve. Consistently good throughout the years for ice cream. Haven't eaten here in some time, but they used to have pretty good fast food: burgers and such. All decent. Service can sometimes be a little slow and less than friendly...henc
It was always closed but when it was we went about once and ordered a small chocolate soft serve with butterscotch dip and was given a medium or large . But heck I was ok with it . No extra charge or anything.

Great Dairy Queen location! No complaints. Good place to cool down with an ice cream cone on a hot summer day, or warm up with some fries on a cold winter night. I love their chicken strips.

I want to shout out the 3 employees who were working hard. There was a huge line of cars and people in the lobby. They were all three fast, friendly and accurate.
