Second time here and the food is always good. Staff is attentive and helpful. Snappy is usually around with a friendly smile.
I loved this place! The waitress was super super nice. I wish I could remember her name. At the end of the meal we spoke with the owner. He was nice as well. Chicken parmesan was excellent and I couldn't eat even half. We also ordered cheese sticks. They're HUGE! The breading they used wasn't heavy or greasy at all. It was very light. I have zero complaints. Nothing but praise.
Hidden gem! We were craving pizza and found this little place. The wait was long and we wanted to see the sunset and we knew we would miss it if we waited, but the man in the kitchen said "go see the sunset and I'll be here to make your pizza when you get back". The hours are until 9:00 p.m. but we got back right at 9:00 and they made sure we got our pizza. They are short staffed just like everyone so be patient. The pizza was delicious!!! The staff was amazing, kind, and they go out of their way to make sure they accommodate everyone! Definitely give this place a try.
Oh man! This place is delicious and the portions are huge! Best pizza sauce i think I have ever had! My wife got the meatloaf and I got the calzone. Both were amazing!
Snappy's is a local favorite Italian restaurant owned by Garrett and loved by many locals and travelers. My partner and I were just visiting for two days for his birthday and we wanted local foodie favorite places. At first, we thought our dishes were a bit different tasting and after Garrett came to our table and we discussed differences, it was understood. He actually makes everything fresh and the correct way. The marsala has different ways to prepare it and he gets it right! My Baked Ziti was spot on with sauce but, I didn't have meat. He said he had meat sauce but, I just didn't ask and wasn't asked what sauce I wanted. It's all good!!! We thouroughly enjoyed the conversation with Garrett and after 31 years he should be able to get out of the kitchen! Awesome place and friendly staff!! A must visit and say hello to Garrett! We wish you well!!!
Our meal was amazing at Snappy’s. Husband got the Italian Meatloaf and Lasagne for me. What you see in the picture is our portions we could not eat on a large to-go box. Next time we will definitely split an entree.
We ate there on their last night. Such a shame!! They were always my go to for dinner. Maggie Valley lost an integral dining experience
Wow! Huge portions. My husband had the Italian meatloaf which tasted like meatballs. IT was about a lbs and more than enough for 2 people. It reheated very nicely. We did deep fried ravioli as an appetizer. I had the massive order or baked spaghetti and my son ordered the pizza roll. We didn't finish anything except for the ravioli, chocolate bourbon pecan pie, and the key lime pie. Delicious and great service.

This was the best Italian food I've ever eaten. At first, the building and surroundings seem a bit lonely and abandoned. But once you enter it is a very calming and comfy atmosphere. The portions are very large and the customer service is on point and very nice. Will definitely return whenever possible.
Best Italian in the area. Wish we could've eaten in but they're shift staffed and we were starving so we did take out. Good pizza, though not the best reheated pizza.

Great food, reasonable prices. None of the prices on the menu are what we're on our receipt, they were all higher by a couple dollars. We understand prices change, but you should update the menu when they do.

As always, Snappy's served us up the most magical pizza that we've come to expect. Nestled in Maggie Valley, this awesome family-owned pizza/italian place is just wonderful. Staff are all smiles, very polite and not overbearing. Just right.
We stop by Snappy's for dinner on our way back from Cherokee to Asheville, and it's been a tradition for going on a decade now. So, 16 hour trout fishing days are always perfectly ended with the most delicious pizza I've ever put in my mouth. The crust (get the hand tossed) is just spot on. The herbed marinara sauce and cheese just stare back at you and you can even hear it whisper "You know you want me," gently and almost seductively. The only thing to be careful about is that you may get food-coma-drowsy from not being able to stop stuffing your face, and if you still have a ways to drive, maybe take it easy. Or maybe don't tromp around in the creek for 16 hours straight.
Over all, I really don't know how they do it. It's just perfected pizza. Give it a try and tell me otherwise. I dare yah'. 11/10

I had a wonderful experience here! The owner was extremely nice and the server was incredible. Me and my family of 11 all thoroughly enjoyed our meals and we look forward to eating here again!
