Food was good and very hot. Price was right for what 2 adults and a child would get. The drink lid, napkin, ketchup area felt disorganized because it was all just placed on the counter. 75% of the tables needed wiped down. I'll go back to grab a quick bite to eat.

First time visit, a bit of a wait (10-15 minutes) for the food as it is prepared after you order. Admittedly, I've never been to Philadelphia, but the chicken cheese steak sandwich I ordered was very tasty and the fries were good as well. Worth another trip back.

Food was delicious, ice machine wasn't working and all fountain drinks were warm. My fiance and I ordered our food right after my mother in law and aunt, but our food wasn't ready until my aunt/mother in law was more than halfway done with their meal. I found the food and service to be average and pretty expensive. Dinner for three adults (without drinks) was $30. That's more than I want to pay for a sandwich and fries. We even used a coupon.

Out of Steak at 1:30 on a Sunday afternoon? I was highly disappointed that a business that has Philly Steak in the name was out of Steak on my first visit to their establishment. Shame on you Charley, maybe you should change the name to Charley's sandwich's.

Very pleased with the very polite employees. We had our Bekah Comfort Dog and Kye Comfort Dog and we were all very welcome and the service was great.

The food is good. The staff is pleasant. I think it's priced a bit too high.
