I enjoy the fact my commute already takes an hour and the 132 bus that takes 30-40 minutes to come just sometimes decides not to arrive so you get an extra 30 minutes slapped on to wait even longer. This happens consistently, hate this place
Well maintained mbta station.
It's handicapped accessible, it has an elevator. The downside, I've seen mice run around there, the 1 unisex restroom is not the cleanest. I wish they had a built in Dunkin Donuts there or at least sold hot & iced coffee there.
The subway station is always closed on the weekends. Shuttles only take you to Haymarket. If you have to go beyond Backbay/Copley, you’ll have to make so much transfers to get there (not to mention the commute time).
