Well Carbon has an impeccable view and beautiful terrasse. Their staff is friendly and nice. Great people, truly.
The food didn't live up to my expectations.
The portions are good and looks pretty fresh, just not as good as I thought it would be.
Overall would recommend people to come here for the lunch or sunset, views are just bomb!

Con: annoying staff who asked me "is everything OK?" for more than 10 times in less than one hour. Nothing changed in the past 2 minutes, please leave my introvert soul to eat and enjoy in peace.

Make sure you request for seats at outdoor dining area, which you'll be seated right by the sea (the waves literally hit right beneath you), so you get to enjoy not just your meal, but also the beauty of Pacific Ocean.
Regarding to their food, it's a fine-dining style place, we ordered their Tuna Tartare, Avocado Toast, and Chicken Salad, as appetizers.
And their Lobster Roll, Beyond Burger, and Miso-honey Salmon as main courses. Strongly recommend their salmon, cooked medium, and served with Japanese miso sauce, perfect combination. (Not to mention the fact that you eat it on the sea 😁💦)
Have to highlight their dessert, make sure you order their "Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie"!!! Its a half-cooked big chocolate cookie served when it's HOT, and a scoop of Vanilla ice-cream on top. It's so sweet, but it's so comforting GOOD !!!

It was simply incredible, offering a breathtaking ocean view that added to the overall charm of the place. Without a doubt, Carbon Beach Club has earned its place as one of my favorite dining destinations.
The view is absolutely stunning! The waiter was really nice. The food looked good but it tasted nothing however.

Views are stunning. Food is pretty good, went for breakfast and had the lox bagel and the egg sandwich. Would get the bagel again. Make sure you say you want tap and not still, because you will get a $11 bottle of water. Also, you pay for the valet on the bill, and they charge you an 18% service fee on top of the total (including valet). Not a huge deal, but it feels like they are trying to get as much money out of you as possible.
Always one of my favorite places to eat when I’m in Malibu. The wait staff is wonderful and the food is amazing, no matter what you order, you can’t go wrong!

I don't know why this has a single dollar sign on Google when it was a 20 dollar minimum per person.
The view was gorgeous, the food was good but for me personally, not worth the high price tag. They had quite a few vegetarian and gluten free options if the view is worth it to you.
